Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request complete deletion of your personal data from the INTENTUM™ platform at any time. We respect your privacy and make this process as simple as possible.

To request deletion of all your personal data, send an email to:

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Via Platform

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "Settings" → "Account"
  3. Click "Delete my account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to privacidade@intentum.ai with:

What Happens After Your Request

  1. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days
  2. Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  3. You will receive confirmation via email when completed

Data That Will Be Deleted

Data That May Be Retained

In accordance with legal obligations, we may retain:

Response Time: Up to 15 business days for confirmation, up to 30 days for complete deletion.

Remove Facebook Connection

In addition to deleting your data on our platform, you can remove the INTENTUM app connection from Facebook:

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings
  2. Navigate to "Security and Login" → "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "INTENTUM" and click "Remove"

Remove Google Connection

To remove the INTENTUM app connection from Google:

  1. Go to Google Account Permissions
  2. Find "INTENTUM" in the list of apps
  3. Click "Remove Access"
